We offer a full refund and exchange for our products, with no extra money deduced if there is any manufacturing flaw, only the shipping fees is paid by the custome.

Please check the order carefully before the courier leaves as the order is not eligible for exchange or refund after the courier leaves unless there is a manufacturing flaw only.

If there isn’t any flaw in the product and we agreed on the return/exchange, a 120 LE is deduced from the total price of the price as a refund/exchange fees. 

Kindly note that there is no refund or exchange after 14 days from the delivery.
