Exchange and Refund Policy

  • We offer a full refund and exchange for our products, with no extra money deduced if there is any manufacturing flaw, only the shipping fees is paid by the customer.

  • Eligibility of the refund or exchange

    1.The product has any manufacturing flaw only.

    2. Within 14 days from the delivery.


  • Please check the order carefully before the courier leaves as the order is not eligible for exchange or refund after the courier leaves unless there is a manufacturing flaw only.
  • If there isn’t any flaw in the product and we agreed on the return/exchange, a 100 LE is deduced from the total price of the price as a refund/exchange fees. 
  • Kindly note that there is no refund or exchange after 14 days from the delivery.
