Eligibility of the exchange: 1.If the product has any manufacturing flaw only. 2.Within 14 days from the delivery.
NB:If the product has a defect, You can return the order with the courier and only pay for the shipping fees or place an exchange request and we will exchange the product for you in 2-4 working days with free shipping fees. Kindly note that there is no refund or exchange after 14 days from the delivery. Please check the order carefully before the courier leaves as there is no exchange after that unless there is any flaw in the product.
